Do I get a preview of my socks before I buy them?

Unfortunately not, our design team get flooded with orders and as a result we can't send 'proof's' to people. We've never had a disappointed customer due to our design team being great at what they do. If they have any queries with regards to your photos not being good enough, they'll be sure to email you and ask you for a better photo :) 

 

Do we cut out the faces from the picture you upload? 

Yes, just upload your picture and we'll cut out their faces and add them to your chosen socks design.

 

Is my picture to dark?

Yes, if you have doubts it is to dark, then more than likely it will be to dark and won't look very good on your printed socks. Please ensure when taking a picture, the light is coming onto your face. 

 

Can I upload a dog picture to a couples pair of socks?

Yes, you can upload whatever images you like to whichever designs you like and we will cut out whichever face you have uploaded and apply them to your chosen sock design. 

 

Is the photo I have uploaded good enough? 

If ever your photo isn't good enough quality, one of our design team will be in contact to ask you for a new photo. 

 

I want to upload more than one face to the socks, is this possible?

Yes if you email us your photo in reply to your order confirmation then we will add your additional face to your socks. 

 

How long is delivery? 

We usually get your socks turned around within 2 working days.
